At Sinharaja Ceylon, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our herbal wellness products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
● You received an incorrect product.
● You received a damaged product.
● The product was damaged during delivery.
● The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
● The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
● The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
● Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided.
Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
● Opened products
● Used products
● Herbal oils
● Shampoos
● Herbal capsules, powders, teas, or other ingestible wellness products
● Personal care products
● Products purchased during promotional or sale campaigns
● Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
Refund Approval Process
Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided.
If approved:
● A replacement product may be offered where applicable.
● Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
● Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged:
● Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
● Provide photographs of the package and products.
● Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Sinharaja Ceylon is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Product Results Disclaimer
Our products are made using carefully selected ingredients and manufactured according to strict quality standards. However, individual results may vary depending on personal factors including lifestyle, health conditions, usage habits, and individual body responses.
For this reason, refunds cannot be issued based solely on dissatisfaction with product results.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local regulatory requirements imposed by the destination country.
